Cute Lil Fantasia...

See my cute lil fantasia! Quite difficult to get her to post like that. It took only a 1-2 seconds for me to snap as the minute i take away my hands from stroking her, she gets up. Manja baby!! She had Parvo virus and it's really a miracle that's alive, well and kicking! Bravo Fantasia!!! Ceh, sound like American Idol pulak.

Parvo virus basically is a viral disease of dogs and mainly affects puppies than adult dogs. The virus likes to grow in rapidly dividing cells. The intestinal lining has the biggest concentration of rapidly dividing cells in a puppy's body. The virus attacks and kills these cells, causing diarrhea (often bloody), depression (dog also have, unbelievable!) and suppression of white blood cells which come from another group of rapidly dividing cells. In very young puppies, it can infect the heart muscle and lead to "sudden" death. I already lost 1 or 2 puppies to Parvo virus :( It normally takes a few days and the puppy will just die. It's pretty sad as there's nothing you can do to help them.

Crab Menu

There's really something wrong with my cable connection or it could be the phone. Can't seem to transfer automatically the minute the USB cable gets connected like before. Maybe it's because I've been pulling it out just like that instead of doing the proper way of clicking on the green cute button to eject hardware sigh! Oh well.

Just wanted to paste here the menu of over 30 different cooking styles for crabs from DeFoodLand before I forget them or have problem retrieving from my mobile. Am still awake. A week's summary blogged in 1 hour!

Can't believe it's a week since I last blogged!! Oh well...hardly have the time to sit down and start writing stories. Well, a quick summary is that the week has been busy with work no doubt. After practise last Monday, I made a point to do a quick practise on Tuesday too tapping on the opportunity that the class has been cancelled. Hmm.. what did I do on last Wed? Oh yeah, it was my first corporate class, new session. Not bad for the first timers! Manage to struggle past 2 walls hahah...sounds a bit contradictory. Everyone (fingers crossed) from my gauge enjoyed it. Lets see this Wed if the consensus will still be the same.

Rushed off for practise despite the amount of work left behind for a short 40 mins practise as everyone was eagerly waiting to go back to watch our friend compete in So U Think U Can Dance. Now it's the Top 5 couples left. Unfortunately, our friend who we support was the one to leave for the week. I must say that the competitors were really strong. It was really tough as the other girls were great! Well, there's always next time and it was superb experience I would say as long as they have been there practising and competing amongst one another! Wished I had that chance! Stayed over at MK after the TV show and left for work a little late the next day hehe...

TGIF as usual! Since I stayed over kinda last minute, I just exhaust whatever spare clothes I had in my car and went to work. I dont want to be exposing every single week or time and I just realised that it sparked some comments from my colleagues hahaha wondering why am I not pulling on a sexy attire that day. I thought back and realised that I tend to wear halter top on most of the Fridays. Oh well....it really doesn't matter. That shows people observe, not sure if it's a good thing or not!
Saturday was my official first day of PT at Summit and boy did it feel good although it was difficult to wake up. Continued with a bit of laundry and shot off to buy for SOMEONE the external HDD. A bit jealous myself and itchified wanting to change as I got this friend a better casing than my own :( I got a FINE too thanks to me rushing there and parking on Yellow Line. Just My Luck!!!

Still went to teach after that from 2-6pm. Pretty knocked out and hungry. Went to grab a slice of Cheezy Choc at Secret Recipe and came back to join the remaining time of the "Popping" class. After class, realised that Chris doesn't have transport and no plans so I decided to send him back but had dinner at Curve first before going home. Finally, the day was over as I was really tired.Sunday worst still!!! Can feel body ache... I gung ho and still proceeded to teach. It was training time so I didn't move much except when it came to my category. Appreciated that 1 or 2 of the students went to buy me someting to eat as I had no break after the training to the next class which I teach as well. Alas, had a really good dinner at DefoodLand for the first time....Ordered 2 types of Crab. 1 of which is their famous Salted Egg one and the other was dipped in some Yummy Creamy sauce. Dont know the name though and I ACTUALLY UNBELIEVABLY made a point to eat haha as the place was famous for crabs. The other dishes were pretty good to me as well. A good end to the week hehe ;)

Good Pactise

Well rested thanks to another day off which is why I always enjoy having Mondays off. It's back to work tomorrow but at least the blues aren't there hopefully *fingers crossed!* Did a bit of laundry and followed by Spring Cleaning. Can NEVER stand whenever I see daddy longlegs in my room. It's not exactly as clean as it should be as the dungu maid is only capable of so much! So I do need to take matters into my own hands at least once a month. It feels so much better when I really vaccuum the whole place myself. Then again, the maid ain't allowed to touch the vacuum cleaner as it's a bit exp!! Must buy her some cheap ones else it will be terrible if she wrecks it knowing the fact that they haven't a clue on the cost of it and it matters NOT to them what happens anyway.

Left for studio to practise after lunch. It was raining when I was about approaching the D'sara toll. Had my rounds of practise with the rest of the other students. Those that asked me yesterday to attend today's session didn't turn up themselves but that's fine. We all practise by our respective categories. Mine was one of the worst as it has 3 dances! Of course for those who enters more than 1 category had 4 in total as each category contains 2 dances. The whole group practised for a bit and after a while, all were tired and it was just me and 3 more students. Guided them a bit more and then the other 2 left. So t was just me and another girl. It really good when the studio is all to yourself. Did a fair bit of practise on our own. I felt that I did some work as it's only a month away to show off all you have practised.

Had KFC for dinner with my friend although it's not exactly the best food but wanted some kind of protein. Chatted a bit and then left for home. Was supposed to start my 1st personal training at the gym but tak jadi! Laziness took over....NO la, trainer not free so changing to either Wed/Thurs. Its going to be a tough month for me balancing work and dance but oh well, am sure it's all worth it! :D

Too Full...

Slept in once again today. Somehow got up with a bit of a headache. Maybe I overslept. Should try not to sleep more than 8 hours, it shortens your life by half! Anyways, I got up to do a few things and headed off to the studio for the usual Sunday training.

This time I got the training rather than having train people. It's best that you get someone's observation on you in order to help rectify your steps. There are quite a few things to master within this 1 month .... wah really a lot until want to pengsan .... once again last minute work!!

I only did the Waltz and was perspiring like mad. All it takes is really focus on one dance and it's enough to make you feel like you have done many dances already. Well I must say that I was lack of stamina. Geez, how in the world to build it in just 1 month?!?! Looks like I have to put in extra extra hard work. I managed to pick up the arm styling for the other dances.
Thank God it's an off day for me tomorrow as I can use some hours to practise at the studio as well.

Dinner was great today! Brought my parents and grandma to the NYONYA restaurant in SS2. Today was one of the very RARE ocassion that I see my grandma enjoying food thank GOD as she always MUST have something to complain/condemn thinking that hers is the best in the world!! Price is rather reasonable and portions aren't too big.

Just did some vaccumming for the upstairs living room and brother's room which is filthy with dust especially those on the walls. Was too full from dinner hence decided to work a bit. Haven't cleared parents' and my own room which I shall leave i for tomorrow. It's 12am and I'm already feeling sleepy, "sigh"

Blessed is a long weekend!!

Thanks to the KING's birthday that my company is replacing it with an off day on Monday woohooo!!! Although it's only Saturday so far, its just a NICE FEELING knowing you have another extra day off. I really slept well after the drink the night before. Got up a bit blur but ok la, still manage to do my laundry. Though it was a holiday, my usual 2-4pm class was still on. Thank God majority of the 4-6pm class were on holiday, else PENGSAN!! It is the mid term holiday period now. One week has passed and another week to go. The working class like myself certainly enjoy holiday period as traffic is just smooth!!

Anyways, I was a bit hungry after class so invited Chris, the POPPER (1 of the Top 20 Finalists from So U Think U Can Dance) who just started his first class there. It was really cool to learn how to "pop." If you dont know what "POPPING" means, too bad as I can't explain either heheh.....Perhaps I will google it up and put the explanation in my next blog. We had some garlic bread with a pitcher of coke at Shakeys which was only a few doors away from the studio with a few others.

Since it wasn't dinner, we ordered pretty little. Went back to the studio after that as Chris's class was going to start. Quite a low turnout as mentioned before, it is the holiday season. Saw what they were learning and I kepoh also la went to learn coz Chris was teaching "POPPING" which was really COOL!!! We were doing it to Justin's song called "MY LOVE." No doubt all the arms hurt after that but it was really nice. It doesn't seem like much is done but so much inner strength was used. You practically perspire once you catch the actual technique of executing the steps. He taught the very basic of "popping" which was still a STRUGGLE but I must admit it was fun and I am NOT giving up so fast without practising!

Left for home after that. Had dinner at home which has been a while and was doing some work. Later, decided to look happening la by going to STARBUCKS to access the Internet via WIFI with my beautiful MAC and have a good cuppa drink. Anyhow, it ended to be really useless as it was so cold and connection so bad that I headed home not too long after that.

Cool Friday

Friday was great! Its been a while since I last had some sip of "drinks" hehe...minus the shandy I had on Wednesday night. It was lot of last minute request but after my boss left, I just started packing and doing other nonsensical things haha....It was FRIDAY so *^$#$@ everything else hehe...

My dear friend actually ffk me as he was recovering from flu but oh well ended up going to Sky Bar with good ole friends. I was still happy that I went. It's just that I wasn't too sure of the direction as it was my first time driving there on my own. Nevertheless, thanks to a friend who's like a GPS as he was able to gave me extremely clear directions.

We were lucky to get a place as it was slightly pass 10pm when I reach. My friends reached slightly earlier than me as they had their dinner in KLCC. Those friends are really good drinkers *salute* and I am peanuts compared to them. I was into my first drink which I can't even spell it and hated the taste of it. They were teasing me and said that the 1 drink I had would last me the whole night which could have been true as it tasted horrible. Ended up giving that drink to my friend and ordered another. This time it is Lychee Martini, something familiar as I have tried it only ONCE during my SG trip in April and liked the taste of it.

Only dangerous thing is it taste rather nice and you kinda drink it like your normal packet drink you buy which you have for quenching thirst and alcohol content isn't exactly LOW. You got what i mean! It has Vodka and I understood that Vodka is made up of at least 40% alcohol content. See how ignorant I'm about drinks! I downed it fast as I was thirsty but started to feel farny.....Placed order for the 2nd one but only took a few sips as I needed to drive home. Sigh where is a boyfriend when you need one....... :)
